Booking and contact information
When you book, the website collects the contact details and appointment information you provide, including your name, phone number, selected services, barber, and time. An email address may be used for booking communications when provided. The shop uses these records to manage appointments and customer service. Enquiry forms use the information you submit to respond to your request.
Website service providers
BarberOS uses Supabase for database and account services, Vercel for website hosting and usage and performance measurement, Resend for email delivery, and Sentry for error monitoring when configured. These services process information needed to provide their functions, which may include technical request, device, and diagnostic information. Signed-in accounts use browser storage and cookies to maintain their session. Shops that enable Telegram booking notifications also send appointment and customer contact details to their configured Telegram chat.
Google Maps
This website may display live Google Maps ratings, reviews, and author photos. Review content is requested when the reviews section becomes visible and is not saved by this application in its database or browser storage. Author photos are loaded from Google; those requests and visits through Google Maps links are handled by Google. Google’s Privacy Policy is incorporated here for Google Maps features and explains how Google processes information.
